LIST
Brands and Authorized Sellers can list and sell items through the platform. Each time a virtual certificate is resold, the initial lister receives between .5%-5% of the profit Vint makes on the exchange.
The more demand for the items you list, the more residuals you make. We call this the FLY (First Lister Yield) Program.

CERTIFY
Once a purchase is made, a "Vint" Virtual Certificate is issued to the customer via Vint App. The transaction is recorded on an immutable database ledger. The customer can the prove authenticity since the Vint is in their name. All salient transaction details are retained by our platform.

BUY, SELL AND TRADE
The Vint platform allows you to monitor the value of your item with real time updates and price quotes. Using the exchange, customers can buy or sell their virtual certificates as they fluctuate in value.
If the Vint holder wants to physically own the item, select the option upon purchase and the item is shipped from the item holder. If the customer is only interested in the item because it may appreciate in value, simply sell the Vint.

OUR STORY
Vint is an online payment, auction an exchange platform designed to ensure the authenticity of luxury goods and items released in a limited series. Built on an immutable data store, a digital trail is established for luxury items as they are bought and sold from initial point of sale to the nth transactions in the downstream markets. This digital certificate is called a "Vint". Since the value of these items fluctuate, the value of your Vint can change too. Essentially, this functions like a stock exchange for luxury items.
OUR VISION
Traditional auction sites offer no transparency into the vintage or authenticity of a good. It is often the portal for counterfeiters to make their entry into the market. As counterfeits emerge, it dilutes brand value, steals revenue and negatively impacts the customer experience. At Vint, our goal is threefold 1) Create an ecosystem where brands can sell and certify their goods 2) Ensure customers, collectors and traders have the authentic item 3) Unlock new revenue streams and asset value by buying and selling digital certificates like a share of public company.
TECHNOLOGY
Vint “crowds out” counterfeiters by writing transactions to an immutable, verified database. After initial transaction, a digital signature is tied to the item, buyer and institution. A virtual certificate “Vint” is issued certifying the buyer as the owner of the item.
From there, your Vint functions like share of a public traded company, fluctuating based on demand. If the value of your Vint goes up, sell it to the highest bidder and capture the profits.
